We would like to inform you that as part of the industry’s initiative to eliminate cheque usages, banks in Singapore will commence charging for SGD-denominated cheques by 1 November 2023.
Effective from 1st January 2024, BNI Singapore will be implementing a charge of S$0.50 for each SGD cheque issued from your account and successfully processed. The charge will be deducted from your Current Account. The Bank continues to charge S$10 for every SGD cheque book issued.
